We are using this as a shoe cabinet in our front entryway. We needed something deep enough to hold shoes but shallow enough for the space (to be able to walk around it in the hallway). This piece fit the bill. It’s solid and seems well made, although the top corner has a small crack (possibly from the shipping process? It’s not affecting the function of the piece and is not really noticeable. Definitely not worth trying to ship it back!). Will it be an heirloom piece that gets handed down to future generations? Certainly not. But it looks nice, matches our decor, seems well built, and fits our needs. Maybe a little pricey for what it is, but one has to decide what’s worth it to the individual, I suppose.

Pretty disappointed in this piece. The doors are both not able to close without being adjusted and sit off centered. The gold detail in one area has a large nick/rub on it, and the door handle looks like it's rusted.
