The item itself was fine, but the customer service person I chatted with provided me with the wrong measurements. Measurements which were not found on the website. I was looking to put an item inside on the shelf and asked the height of the shelf and she gave me incorrect information. I'm gong to keep it, but disappointed what I had planned for that shape inside on the shelf wasn't going to work.
