This arrived 1 day late, but fed ex did a good handing it. Even though Wayfair's website said fully assembled. So I built it, & noticed only 15 of 16 screws came with unopened package. After it was built I noticed 2 small dents in top outer ring. So I call Wayfair & the lady on phone 520-979-8351 was nice & submitted a claim to Wayfair Resolutions. And a lady Dara Weiner said in email respond back to Wayfair. Wayfair came through with a 20% discount & this made me very happy.
