I couldn’t refuse it because I missed the FedEx. I couldn’t return it because I can’t print a label and I don’t drive and I can’t lift the box to carry it down the steps to a cab. Coos Bay does not have a FedEx or UPS store so it would cost me more than the rocking chair to travel to the town that does. I desired to assemble the rocking chair to realize there are no screws and no directions. I received the directions via email and replied to the email I am suppose to receive screws(hardware). No reply. The Customer Service person I spoke with told me I would receive the hardware in 5 to 7 days. Well this is the 10th business day. The rocking chair is in the box in pieces I can’t stand the box up because I took all of the wrapping off. So I have to be very careful when I go to my front door not to trip over the box. Just love them. Very comfortable

We love how these chairs look on our front porch! Unfortunately when we put them together some of the holes did not line up perfectly so we had to drill new holes and the wood started to split as well.

I bought this rocking chair for my baby's nursery but less than a month, it's already broken on two places! Iam extremely disappointed with this purchase. I don't normally do reviews but this one got me mad!
