Very beautiful, but it's a darker wood. Scarlett is a good description since it has a slight cherry hue. They're a bit awkward since the seat is stuffed. It's like sitting on a ball and easy to slide off. They're also very tall chairs. I'm 5'5" and the heels of my feet are slightly above the ground when I sit in it. My table isn't tall enough, but that's my fault. The biggest reason I only gave 3 stars is that they sent me 2 total chairs. The listing clearly states they come in sets of 2. The dropdown will only let you select 2 as the minimum order. This is supposed to be 2 sets of 2, not 2 total chairs. The listing states a price per item that reflects that. When you get to the invoice though, it looks like they might have listed it incorrectly. I called wayfair and they reordered another set supposedly. I then got an email that it's not available? I don't know if I'm going to get my other 2 chairs or not. The estimated delivery date is 2 months away.
