I was so excited for this console table. The item was well packaged and arrived quickly. But when I opened it today to finally assemble it, the top marble piece was fully and throughly cracked from one side to the other. Very disappointed because this one is a heavy piece and the way it came packaged you would never think anything can break inside. Wayfair is sending a replacement. I’m hoping the new replacement won’t be cracked.

Beautiful! I love that the frame comes assembled and it’s very solid. All you do is place the marble shelf and top in place. Make sure you have two people for the top piece as it is heavy. Both marble pieces have a backing on them so they stay in place. It’s extremely hard to handle and ship a huge piece of marble like this without some sort of incident so be patient, Wayfair is AMAZING if anything significant does go wrong. Mine showed up with a crack, despite careful packaging. It was surrounded by a wood frame that was built around the cardboard shipping box. The marble was securely wrapped and surrounded by foam padding and bumpers. It’s absolutely perfect and not noticeable at all. I didn’t actually realize it had a crack until we went to move it. If it were noticeable or had chips I would get some marble sealing adhesive to fix it just like they do if you have large pieces of stone for your countertops. It would make it virtually impossible to tell. Mine is perfect though. It adds such a nice touch to my living room area. I love it.

We ordered this product and one of the pieces of marble arrived cracked. Wayfair quickly replaced the entire product, but unfortunately the second frame arrived broken and the marble was cracked. It’s usable this time as it’s not cracked all the way through, but I think some changes to the shipping process may need to be made. It’s beautiful though!

I can’t review the piece, because before it arrived I had to cancel it. I would like to review Wayfair customer service. They were amazing! They helped me track the table and get it rerouted back to the Warehouse before they delivered it, so that I didn’t have to pay the hefty return shipping fees. Wayfair customer service is fantastic!!!

Terrible experience overall, both product quality and shipping/handling. Marble top is extremely fragile and should be handled with care, it was shipped via FedEx LOL guess what? Upon delivery, package was damaged and marble top was snapped from multiple places. The metal base broke apart while taking it out of the box, low quality soldering. Do not recommend this product at all.
