The recliner is perfect for my petite body—5”2’. The lumbar support and firmness of the upholstery are very supportive. This is not a sink-into cushy chair and I’m happy about that. Carlos and his delivery colleague were excellent in setting up the chair for me. Both men were professional and helpful.
