We ordered two of these. Due to a shipping issue they came at different times. We are not quite ready for them so we have them in storage. Opened the box and could see the fabric and from what we could see they look fine. Anxious to get our home completed so we can get them out. So far we love them!.

New chair arrived yesterday. My husband is having back surgery and I think it Will be his best friend for a while. Very comfortable, high back , lumbar support. Good purchase!

We attempted to get this same chair from LazyBoy directly at their store. They were quoting a longer delivery time...almost 4 weeks later. Additionally, the cost of the chair was higher and delivery was extra. I see no advantage of buying from LazyBoy directly. The chair is new and looks to meet our needs.

Not as comfortable as

The chair is perfect in all respects except one. The motor failed at only 6 months and the manufacturer wants to charge me to inspect it and then charge for a return visit to fix it. Why? They say they do not honor the warranty if not bought from them. The Wayfair internet listing said nothing about the warranty. They should have disclosed that the extensive manufacturer's warranty does not apply. I called Wayfair. They said they would have it repaired but it now has been 3 weeks and no repair. Shame on Wayfair for deciding not to tell buyers that the manufacturer's warranty does not apply. They have plenty of room on their listing page to say so but obviously decided not to. Had I known I would not have ordered the chair. Their offering to sell me an expensive extended warranty does not make up for this deception.
