This chair is very nice after adjustment of the springs on both sides to stop them from squeaking when reclining. It is a firm seat, not soft. Good support. The head and lumbar features are great and the zero gravity level of recline is perfect. The fabric is nice and seems durable. I like the streamlined contemporary design.
