Awesome quslity

My initial experience started well. It was a little nerve-wracking because it was a large purchase and we couldn't feel, touch, or look at it in person. The reviews were good and bad, but we made the sale, placing our faith in Wayfair. The set is gorgeous, the quality is excellent, and the wow factor is there. The problem was getting scheduled and rescheduled for delivery 5x before we finally received all the items in our order. We were told by the final delivery driver, a true angel on earth, that our delivery should’ve been flagged as needing more than 2 people to deliver the product because of its size and weight. Fortunately, “Isiah” went above and beyond to make it happen. He carefully measured, handled the set with care, and gave me options if it didn’t fit so I wasn’t stuck with a purchase that wouldn’t work in my home. Before my delivery, I’d decided that I would never purchase from Wayfair again. After meeting him, I have a renewed attitude toward my experience.
