The two nightstands were delivered with the middle drawer on each of them malfunctioning. We took the two drawers out, flip them over and figured out how to fix them. to work the mechanism holding the drawers in place. I did expect a better construction for the price that we paid. Some of the wood was chipped off the bottom near the guide rails. But they both work. They are beautiful nightstands, but the construction is not worth what we paid.
