The piece is gorgeous however it arrived damaged. Wayfair states no worries it will be fixed or replaced. Frankly for this amount of money I want a new one

After 2 deliveries was not able to get a unit that was not terribly damaged. The quality of the workmanship is superb but the shipping was horrible. The doors are beautiful but exceptionally heavy. Originally delivered with all doors attached and taped, they were broken off of the cabinet in the box and the hinges were terribly mis-shapen so they would not work or even able to be reattached. The company was WONDERFUL and picked up and delivered a new one but with the exact same result. They promised to send a crew to repair the unit and replace the hinges but GAVE UP after weeks of waiting. They offered a discount if I would take on the repair personally and I thought, "How hard could it be?". So I took them up on it. BUT I was very wrong. I could not find suitable replacement hinges (the originals were not usable, all bent). Now I have a beautiful imposing unit that is barely usable. Doors keep coming off when I open it and I cannot align them satisfactorily aethetically or for usabilty. I have to say Wayfair tried, but let me down. This was a bust but I have been happy with them overall through the years. PS If the unit was simply shipped, doors off, as I suggested the 2nd time all would have been fine.

Cabinet arrived damaged. One door off, hinges bent. Too heavy and packing SUPER complicated. It’s not like we can return it. Person showed up to repair and can’t. Who knows where we go from here? Very disappointed especially given what we paid for it!!

Solid structure. Front panels look great. Alignment of hinges and magnetic closures were very poorly done, though. Transport was very problematic - we had to have it delivered thrice and the door panels and hinges were damaged every time. The last time, we just made do with some damages because we didn’t have the patience to go through the process again. Would not recommend buying this.
