This is a well-made piece of furniture, reminiscent of old craftsmanship and finish. We purchased the night tables with the companion dresser and they balance and complement each other well in the room. The curvature of the night table gives them a visual interest. The top drawer is not as deep as I expected, due to the integration of an outlet hidden in the back. This adaptation to the old style doesn't interfere in anyway with the beauty of the piece and provides convenience for electronics. Overall, very happy with the furniture and see it being a timeless piece.
