Poorly made for an expensive chair. On one leg ONLY there are obvious seams where the wood is spliced together, and un-smooth. The other legs appear to be solid with no change in color or wood grain. They offered to exchange it but I questioned the quality and therefore requested a paid return. They denied paying for the return saying the "pattern on your chair is a natural part of the design process, making each piece unique". A pattern on ONE LEG? I am really disappointed and definitely won't purchase the Four Hands brand again.

Solid, beautiful dining chair. Quality leather and the design works with a multitude of interior styles. Would recommend!
