I am giving my purchase and actual product a 3 star for the following reasons. I ordered the chair in July and just received it mid December. I had to follow up myself multiple times on the delivery status. I did receive timely and accurate information when I followed up. The chair is beautiful but I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship for the price of this chair. The sewed seams on the leather does not represent the expected quality of a chair at this price. I will be following up with customer service on my disappointment.
