I love the sofa. My complaints are with the site which said it was in-stock/ready to ship. I ordered with what I expected to be perfect timing for moving across states and closing on 2 homes. It was almost a month late and required several complaints/phone calls. We are in a new home and had nowhere to sit. This was quite pricey, so I did not appreciate having to babysit my order. As for the sofa, it’s beautiful. Sits a bit low, but knew this when ordering. Appears more brown than black in my setting but we’re on day 1 in daylight. May look different tonight. White glove set up was great. It’s a 5 star rating sectional and a 1 star rating for incorrect info on site availability/delivery/frustration factor.
