Good Quality. Woodwork is great. Open and airy look.

The chair is beautiful, and arrived quickly, but it's broken! One of the arms is not fully attached to the back of the chair. I've reached out to customer service, so I'll update this review if the problem can be fixed. Edit: They sent a replacement right away! Delightful. And boy, this chair is comfy.

We wanted so much for these chairs to work out, but the seat cushion doesn't fit the chair properly and leaves an awkward gap. With the chairs being a light colored fabric, the cushion being too small is really highlighted by a black fabric beneath that is visible. We expected better quality from the brand and for that price. The customer service team took great care of us, so we are happy customers, but anyone looking to purchase this chair should be aware that we attempted a replacement and all 4 chairs were the same way - just ill-fitting cushions. The rest of the chair was lovely...so unfortunate.

Great value for this chair. I find it a little challenging to buy furniture online, not knowing the quality and wondering whether the photos are truly representative. It is such a pain to return if it doesn’t work out! This chair (I actually purchased two) could easily fool someone. It looks expensive, and it’s very comfortable.

I like the chair. I’ll probably buy a second one. Fabric seems durable and easy to clean. Color is accurate. Would be more comfortable with a small lumbar pillow. I feel like the top is more round than the picture shows.
