not the high end quality we envisioned based on four hands reputation. After waiting 4.5 months for the sectional it was finally delivered today. The fabric is scratchy The seat cushions are stiff and do not feel as though they were wrapped in a high quality material. In addition there are threads loose in multiple areas. Really quite disappointed-
