not the high end quality we envisioned based on four hands reputation. After waiting 4.5 months for the sectional it was finally delivered today. The fabric is scratchy The seat cushions are stiff and do not feel as though they were wrapped in a high quality material. In addition there are threads loose in multiple areas. Really quite disappointed-

W: Clean with water based detergent only, Iron fabric on the lowest heat setting releases wrinkles that may form while in packaging. Machine wash on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low heat, spot-cleaning any visible markings by hand before machine washing. Do not over-dry. Dry cleaning is not recommended for olefin-based fabrics. To prolong the life of the fabric, we recommend removing outdoor cushions from direct sunlight and other elements when not in use.
