I actually love the chairs, but am so frustrated by the customer service experience. The chairs went on sale for $150 less, literally the day I received my order. I called about a potential price adjustment and was told they do not do price adjustments. We went back and forth several times, because I just couldn't believe that they'd actually rather have me RETURN AND REORDER 4 chairs than just grant an adjustment. After repeated attempts to question the logic of that approach, I was finally told that they'd initiate the return process, but a manager would review my request and get back to me in a couple days. That was 5 days ago and I've heard nothing. I really do understand why they have to put a cap on price adjustments, but this one just defied logic. The fact that logic is seemingly of no interest to them will certainly stop me from shopping with them in the future. But for this time, I guess I'll just be happy that I found chairs that I love. :-)

These chairs are beautiful - well constructed and comfortable. Modern shape and size. They look great in my kitchen/family room and have added new life to a more traditional home. We are very happy with the chairs!
