Spent more than $2500 on this chair with a wrinkled back and an operating system that is not as was described. It does not move back "merely by pushing the arms." You have to use a tiny lever (see photo) to push to get the leg rest up, and then you can push the arms to lean back. Awkward and difficult. Must use force to get the leg rest back (causing spasms in my legs with my attempts). Returned an electric one because it was too slow. Wanted a manual one. I am returning this and will look for a manually-operated one with a large lever on the outside of the chair. This one looks cheap and is a total hassle to operate.
