This is a great recliner, glider and swivel. I did have an issue with buying two of these for clients and one came in without being a swivel. This caused a little problem and I did have a problem getting it resolved because I talked with so many people in different departments, but finally on shipment #3 and four months later, we got it taken care of. Perigolds customer service management was very attentive once I got past the phone service representatives.
