Armchair arrived defected with crooked asymmetrical leg . White glove delivery team ,who brought sofa from the same set ( also defected ) and helped to unpack armchairs unfortunately took away all original packages from all 3 items . They left us with defected items with no original packages . Jose Miguel from white glove delivery team informed us (using phone translator app )that someone from the Perigold will assist in bringing new replacement items . I would really appreciate if someone can help . So far I am getting calls from different people with different information which makes frustration even worse . I would prefer to communicate with one representative . Multiple photos were submitted to customer service on a day of white glove team delivery visit .
