This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the invoice date. In the event of a defect, many of them are left unfinished. Coasters and placemats must be used. Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, or failure to conform to this warranty, construction, malfunction, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, or any use for which the product was not intended.
