Excellent customer service! beautiful bench! The shipping was swift and accurate. 10/10 will buy again

First let’s talk about the getting it here. Horrific. So finally after a reorder giving me the chance to buy a brand new one I get it the day it was needed. Delivery service was so nice and they were prompt and just a joy. I opened the box and all looks good. After one day a piece of the gold fell off… then another… then another… then another. So you can’t touch the gold areas period. I vacuumed up right before the video and sure enough there was gold … at this point I gave up. So once all the gold flaking stopped an area had an actual piece of wood fall off. I glued it back on and turned it around. Realizing the gold leaf was just normalizing I was ok. So the second time I sat in the bench I weigh 175 it creaked and thumped in the seat. Each tiny movement there was a creaking noise….. live feed live video that’s not good. I looked and looked and looked for the cause. I can’t see anything. For the cost of this piece you’d think it would be free of sound and free of any flaws. I do not think it was any delivery issues it was wrapped like a mummy in the heaviest box I’ve ever seen and no way anything could’ve touched it with all that space in between box and item. The first bench never showed up. I explained something was wrong they didn’t listen they said it was part of the process. I do not know still where the other is for the set. It’s just gone. That one might’ve been better I have no idea. After all it took to get it and the time wasted I just hoped it would look more polished and less world bazaar looking. It isn’t even made in the USA. Tags all over it said Indonesia. Shocked at the quality. Shocked. My other bench was less and looks more luxurious. I wish I could say I was happy I just can’t.
