I received this ottoman and was to receive “white glove delivery”. I paid for this and the ottoman was left in the driveway in front of the garage door. The chair is due to deliver in a few weeks and I will be very disappointed if I am left to move that in my house. This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I have little confidence that the matching chair will arrive at all let alone in time for Thanksgiving Roberta Lux
