Wood: maintain the fine finish by simply dusting with a soft clean cloth, always rubbing with the grain. Every two to four months, polish with a quality furniture polish. Apply the polish in a thin even coat with a dry cloth, rubbing with the wood grain. Buff with a fresh dry cloth while polish is still moist for a rich lustrous finish. Address spills and smudges immediately. Upholstery: clean by dusting and vacuuming. Wipe up spills immediately. Always follow the standard “Cleaning Codes†for upholstery fabric items. Reverse and fluff seat cushions and back pillows periodically. For dusting, use dry, clean, cotton cloths. Do not use chemicals, saddle soap, cleaning solvents, furniture polish, oils, varnish, abrasive cleaners, soaps, or ammonia water.
