This is a beautiful dresser, unfortunately, it was packaged so bad, three times it was damaged. It finally came, packed really well. I love it. I got it in black/white.

The first order was damaged in transit and instead of replacing, the order was cancelled and I needed to initiate a reorder on something that was in stock. There was a subsequent hassle about honoring a discount I applied to the first piece which was “already used” and could not be applied to the reorder. When the second order was eventually delivered, one of the handles was stripped and not working properly. Let’s see how Wayfair resolves. It’s a descent piece for $2k but this was never a $4k piece of furniture. Drawers are on the small side but soft touch closure is a nice feature.

Great dresser. It looks fantastic with my black velvet upholstered bed frame. Glad it was delivered to my room of choice because it weighted over 150 lbs.

Nearly $3,000k dresser that gets delivered covered in sawdust. How is this even ok for that money? I've since gotten two other nighstands to match this and the wood cuts are not at all sanded down or made clean. It is insane that for this price, the quality and care taken is not done. Also it makes no sense that the nightstands seem to have a soft close, but this more expensive dresser doesn't?
