Absolute nightmare. Bottom part of the secretary came damaged. After uploading photos twice, speaking with 2 reps, being promised I wouldn’t have to return broken part then that changed Finally got confirmation that they were shipping new part and I received the wrong part! Now customer service is saying the manufacturer will reach out to me. That was 5 days ago and not a peep. Wayfair is profiting so why won’t they fix this!!
