Quality construction. Arrived well protected. Have already had to spot clean and had no issues. It swivels and rocks but is not too loose with the motion.

They're going to remake them because they're unlevel, show defections under fabric, the fabric isn't pulled nicely and one arm is more padded than other arm. The performance fabric is nice and a neutral stone color so should be nice when new ones come. It's great that they swivel and glide. I just have to wait weeks again. Good customer service!

We love the chairs in our space. One of the two chairs arrived damaged (so check carefully before your delivery team leaves!!!!) but Wayfair is replacing it for us with no hassle.

Unfortunately this chair came in with a hole in it after waiting some time to get it. They are taking care of it though to resolve the issue.
