The product is beautiful and the delivery was excellent service

I ordered two of these chests in different colors. After waiting months the first one was delivered and it was damaged. The handles were the wrong color also. I accepted a partial refund for the damage and they mailed me the correct color handles. The second chest was not delivered at that time because it was too badly damaged. A new one was ordered. I waited months for this one to be delivered. When it finally arrived it was also damaged and the handles were the wrong color despite the fact that I had reconfirmed the color of the handles with the concierge when it was reordered. This time they offered a partial refund but would not send me the correct handles. All in all, I am very disappointed in the service from Perigold.

Love the black bureau! The delivery was on time and the workers were kind enough to carry the bureau to the bedroom for me.
