The sofa is amazing and beautiful… that itself was worth the wait as it was a custom-made item. However, the delivery service was awful. The gentleman who delivered the item took the plastic off while it was still in the truck and proceeded to mark up and stain the off-white couch between the truck and bringing it into our home. Unfortunately, there are 10 areas at least on the cushions and the couch that have been marked. Immediately called the resolutions department to handle it and they were great and I am still waiting to hear how they will deal with now stained couch.
