This is a terrible chair. The arms are too low for comfort, the swivel is unstable and threatens to tip over. Perigold stated a no return policy with this item. Despite my trying to reverse that due to poor design and quality, a return has been denied. I will end up donating to Goodwill so it's a wasted $1,500.

The two armchairs were delivered with care and are very well wrapped and protected. We haven't unpackaged them because we are having flooring installed.
