Tremendous sofa. The size, the color, the style...it is all good.

I did NOT receive this sofa. I received an email from Wayfair to say it was being delivered on 19 July along with a recliner on the same order. However, when the delivery arrived there was just the recliner and no sofa. The delivery men were not aware of any sofa. After delivery, I received another email from Wayfair showing both items had been delivered. I called Customer Service who told me I have to wait until mid Sept for the sofa to be delivered. I don't understand why Wayfair did not inform me the sofa would not be available and why I had to call them instead. I had given away my old sofa and was expecting guests so this is not only inconvenient but discourteous to not inform me that the item was going to be in the shipment for whatever reason. I checked my order history and the sofa does not even show up on my orders yet I am asked to give a review! Luckily, I have the receipt of payment. I have been satisfied with Wayfair in the past but this is not the way to treat a customer.

My husband & I wanted a leather couch to anchor our redecorated family room. We researched which companies used the best leather, the best wooden frames, & stuffing. We learned that Bradington-Young (B-Y) was recognized in the furniture business as an manufacturer of leather furniture. We liked that this furniture was made in America. We began looking for retailers in our HOUSTON area. Leather couches could be bought from B-Y, but the waiting period was several months long & the shipping charges were expensive. Some wanted almost $1,000 for shipping alone. I had been looking on Wayfair for smaller furniture such as side tables, & decided to see what kind of leather furniture they carried. I was not expecting to find anything that would interest us. However, I found this gorgeous B-Y leather sofa on sale. I was truly shocked at the price & the free shipping!! The Yorba leather couch was just what we wanted. The Yorba is a 76” leather sofa with square arms & firm full cushions. There are 6 cushions on this couch, 3 for seating & 3 for the couch back. All cushions are removable for cleaning or plumping up. The cushions are attached by velcro & are very secure. The leather is a full grain leather that is absolutely beautiful. We chose the Williamsburg Colonial Red. It is a beautiful deep red with a slight sheen. Wayfair had a huge selection of different color leather to choose from. You can also choose the type of stuffing & color of the wooden feet. We truly love our couch & believe we made a terrific choice in both Bradington-Young & purchasing from Wayfair.
