I just opened shipment even though it arrived weeks ahead of schedule to my renovated home that was not ready for the delivery. We were thrilled but did not open boxes until today and were flabbergasted at the color of the leather! We thought we were getting the conac color shown on line and were extremely upset to see a dark brown color arrive! This was absolutely not what I ordered and had hoped to have long standing relationship with Perigold with my clients. I can’t tell you how disappointed my husband and I are. I couldn’t possibly order something for my clients after this horrible experience!
