Arrived damaged (steel frame cracked and warped). Customer support useless. Item is not as nice as it should be for the price. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

Loved the look of these chairs but were a bit heavier to move around than I expected because of the legs.

Chairs have a nice aesthetic. However, the delivery has been a disaster. Wayfair collected payment in full and kept delivering partial pieces to the full dining set (2 chairs and a tabletop, then just a table base, now still waiting for 2 chairs that didn’t make the delivery and were “lost”.) I call customer service and they seem completely lost re the order status. They still have my payment in full and still missing 2 chairs that are now back ordered until March 2021 (placed my order in August). I’m not sure I’ll even ever get the full set. So very disappointed...

Bernhardt warrants protection against abnormal loss of resiliency of the upholstered furniture for three years. This warranty does not cover colorfastness, shrinkage, wrinkling, and stretching. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects of frames and springs for lifetime. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects of the: (i) black metal, patented parts of non-electronic reclining mechanisms for three years, and (iii) the sleeper mechanism for three years. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects and the loss of foam resiliency of the innerspring sleeper mattress, excluding cover, for five years., (ii) the parts of electronic reclining mechanisms for one year
