Didn’t realize Wayfair’s open box policy meant “heavily used”. Figured I’d save a few dollars by ordering a returned item, only to find the returned item (and its box) are pretty well broken in. The ottoman has some light stains and is FULL of pet hair, as someone with allergies (and standards) I’m pretty disappointed and horrified. Wouldn’t recommend anything open box from Wayfair but the ottoman itself looks like it would be nice if it wasn’t full of hair (if you have pets beware this thing will attract fur).
