I love the Sideboard! Today’s delivery went smoothly with a courteous, professional crew. However, the scheduling process was a nightmare. I was scheduled and canceled at least five times. Your customer service people seemed unable to influence your delivery arm. I wasted a whole week of my own time due to the incompetence. I finally was able to escalate the matter which facilitated the delivery. I dare say that you have severely broken internal controls that frustrate your customers and prevent your kind, courteous staff from serving them.

Beautiful piece. I had to go to another website for a description, it would be nice if you would make sure all of your pieces (especially the higher end ones) have a description. Still quite pleased.
