Great bed and very high end

There's no doubt it's a beautiful bed, but I was a bit unhappy with how squeaky the frame became after a couple months. I ended up reaching out to Artless directly and they sent me much longer screws for the brackets than was originally used with the bed frame. So far everything is sturdy and quiet. I do wish the slats were made with walnut and not knotty pine. Artless' customer service is pretty excellent though.

In general, we are pleased with the quality of our California king sized panel bed. The fabric color is a pretty close match to the visuals found on Artless' website. The stitching appears to be well done (tight, straight lines, etc.). The headboard and base frame pieces feel solid. Our bed was delivered with incorrect slat pieces (too short). It took another month to get a second delivery which arrived with the wrong pieces again. So we ended up getting slat boards at Home Depot and Artless offer a reasonable credit for the mishap. The production/warehouse mistake and long delay for resolution is the reason we gave this item a 3 star rating. Otherwise, the product design and customer service experience would have bumped our rating up another star.
