These are imitation Wedgwood Nantucket Basket Weave plates. They are heavier and have irregularities on the edge of the plates in the pattern. The do not match the original Wedgwood Nantucket Basket Weave pattern I own. Extremely disapointed and now must pay $16 to return imitation plates!

We have used Nantucket Basket China as our everyday china for years, and just run it through the dishwasher. We are very happy with it, and it is much nicer to use than the clunky stoneware we used to use.
