The product arrived in perfect shape and was packed very nicely to ensure safe travel and prevent any breakage. The gift was everything that I expected. My only disappointment was in the reality that the Lismore Essence Trumpet Flutes were crafted in Slovenia and not Ireland, which I already knew before ordering.
