Total bait and switch ripoff. After Christmas sale shows a tremendous price drop("set of 4 for $19.99") and then they send you just one for that price ($19.99) and say "the website ad was mistaken, we will not honor that price" even though that is the deal you made with them and relied upon. The only option is refund, but then they only give you a partial refund, and say, "there is nothing more we can do for you." Never again.
