Beautiful but when I went to cut a piece of bread on the plate it scratched it. Much to expensive for that to happen! I am returning both sets.

I am a lover of beautiful dishware but after a few sets being beautiful and broken by my husband and kids I decided to try these. They are heavy and most people can't even tell they are melamine - we were entertaining the other day and a mom asked if I had any paper plates for her kids because she didn't want them to break my beautiful plates. 5 stars! Just be careful if you are trying to expand your set buying the individual place settings won't match.

I was very pleased when I unpacked my 16 piece order of melamine Campagna dishes. At first I thought they had sent the pottery dishes by mistake. I have no regrets with this purchase.

Frankly I should have bought the originals and skipped the Melamine. Melamine is melamine and can't be disguised as pottery. My mistake.
