These were a gift for my daughter. She loves them.

I bought this as a gift for my neighbor. She loves cats and I thought she would like the ice tray. She said it's easy to use and she loves them.

This was a super cute find. You can see the kitten more if the ice is colored or if you use something other than water. I got these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them!! Definite 5 stars! Love it

As a cat owning family, we wanted to love these ice cube trays so much. We have other Tovolo products that work wonderfully (Dino popsicle maker, Tovolo ice sphere, etc.). I think the problem with this one is the detail on the cat requires clear ice to see it. Since clear ice is made by controlling the freezing process, I tried multiple little science experiments to see if I could make it happen. After using tap water and just placing them on a freezer shelf didnt work, I next froze them submerged in our ice maker so the mold was completely surrounded by similar temperatures and non-circulating air. I also tried wrapping the molds in kitchen towels and tinfoil to slow the freezing process. I tried tap water, bottled water, and a juice drink. The photo I uploaded is the result of using bottled water frozen in kitchen towels and tinfoil, and it was my best outcome. You can kind of see the cat shape, but not enough to make it out if you didnt know what you were looking for. We will continue to use our other wonderful Tovolo products, but this one wasnt a win for us.

This kitty cat ice cube tray is absolutely adorable. Just fill the container and freeze. Retrieve from freezer and run under warmhot water to release the mold. Enjoy hours of entertainment as you watch your kitty float around in your favorite beverage

These are so cute! The Tovolo cat ice cube trays come as a set of two, something I hadn’t expected from the product description. I was pleasantly surprised how well defined the shape of the cat was. It does take about 30 seconds to a minute running under hot water to release the cover and ice cube. Filling is easy thru the little vent hole in the cover.

The idea for a cat shape ice cube really appealed to me. I was very disappointed with how it came out. Its easy to fill and put the cover on but when its completely frozen its very difficult to get out and the ice breaks, the shape doesnt resemble what its supposed to. I dont recommend it.
