Product arrived with damages, but customer service was quick to fix the problem. They did a great job

The carafe is beautiful, but I’m disappointed it came without a lid. I’ve been eyeing this carafe for some time and finally saw that Wayfair had it at a decent price so I treated myself. When it came without a lid, I thought it was a mistake. I signed on to get help and see that it is not sold with a lid. Honestly, I think I’ll be fine without the lid. I just plan to use it to serve water on the table, but still disappointing. Only place I’ve ever seen it sold without the lid is here at Wayfair. Because of that, I believe they should make it clearer that their option does not come with the lid. Still think it’s beautiful quality and looks gorgeous.
