The website images depict an extremely realistic, sharp granite-like finish, right down to a convincing-looking rough texture. The finish on the actual product is not at all sharp -- frankly it looks like a poor printing job. There is even a clearly visible seam all the way up the faux design, with an oddly bright blue line along the seam -- if the poor printing hadn't already ruined the effect they were going after with this tumbler, the seam would have. In addition, the care information on the website is inaccurate. I bought this with the understanding that it was top-rack dishwasher safe, with handwashing recommended. Yet "hand wash only" is printed on the bottom of the thermos, so I'm not going to be suggesting to the gift recipient that they have the option of dishwashing. I purchased this as a gift and will let the recipient decide whether he wants to keep it or return it. If I had purchased it for myself, I would definitely be returning it.

I bought this for Christmas. The pictures on the website only show the front of the tumbler. The back of the tumbler has a very noticeable vertical seam connecting the wrap, which makes it look extremely cheap and unnatural. I popped the slide open lid off several times to wash it. Yesterday a small piece of black plastic broke off on the bottom of the slide open lid. Now the slide open lid does not work. What a piece of junk!

Love the size of tumbler, wish it worked better. This review is for for how hot it does not keep my coffee. That being said I know the tumbler is not made to keep drinks as hot as other designs. I was finally available to order the plastic lid which as the lip cover to test it out, only to be disappointed because it didn't keep my coffee hot for even an hour. I ordered several tumblers, mostly to give as gifts in the future : ( . I guess i will just keep them to serve cold drinks, hopefully the cold function will work better.

I’ve tried other mugs but this keeps my coffee so hot for much longer, and it’s so pretty!

The color is not blue and it's not matte like the photos show - it's actually purple and it's glossy; the photos are not accurate whatsoever!! And to top it off, I have only been using it for two days and it already has a spot of rust inside even though I have been very careful with it, and like I said it's only been TWO DAYS. Will be contacting customer service about this. Aside from that, it does keep drinks cold for a long period of time. Haven't tried hot drinks yet.
