Staub ceramic dishes are perfect. They microwave well, are sturdy and feel great in your hands. These bowls are larger than the Staub cereal bowls (unless you are my husband or son who use these lol) and are so multipurpose. Love them!

In the product description it says they are 11.1 inches, that they’re mixing bowls and you can proof dough in them. These bowls are the size of a large cereal bowl 6.5 inches not 11.1. You wouldn’t be able to mix a boxed cake mix in one. It’s not Staubs fault it’s Wayfairs. False advertising.
