Beautiful set but bowl arrived with a chipcrack in it…reported and awaiting replacement piece..

I am a Spode fan! Love everything about this company. The bowl was not as well packaged as the mugs, however, I contacted Wayfair, spoke to lovely lady, uploaded a photo to them of the broken item and they shipped the replacement right away! I was so glad as it was gift for a friend.
