Very classy, beautiful product!

Quality isn’t even close to the expectations I have from Royal Albert brand

It’s gorgeous! I am in love with the design and the feel of the cup. Only complaint is the current box that the cup is shipped. I ordered different styles as well, and they ended up broken in shipment. I wish the company stayed with the previous packaging (with foam inside the box).

This set really did not meet my expectations. The china is heavy and not see-through as one would bone china except to be. The design is beautiful, but the execution of this piece leaves much to be desired. I am returning it.
