It’s very beautiful set

I have purchased countless items from the company Ricci through wayfair, and I have been thrilled which it purchase up til now, this set of silverware which I am including in my review the picture from the website that made me purchase this set. As you can see from the picture that the manufacture submitted to wayfair to sell there flatware set you see a pretty set of silverware, what they fail to mention or show you is that the spoons and forks at the end are bent up, not the knives just the other silverware, so when you go to set the table, it looks ridiculous that some of the your silverware is laying normally on the table next to your dish, and the others look as if they are cheap, old and used, as if they were in a accident and are permanently bent on the ends, please see the pictures to understand what I am referring too, When I purchase items I read all reviews and information submitted by the manufacturer. This set did not have any other reviews so I went to this set being sold in a larger set of 45, the set I purchased was only a set of 20 thank god, but the set of 45 of the same pieces there were 3 reviews, 2 of them said they were returning them stating that it was not for them and the other saying the pieces were to large and heavy. I do not find that they are extra larger, or to heavy, quality pieces like the kind Ricci manufactures are top quality so there will be some weight to them but the fact that they look as if they were slammed into something that bend the ends of the spoons n the forks is unacceptable. Why they did not make them just like they did the knives is the reason for why no one has been buying and keeping or buying this set in general, This will not stop me from looking at other items by the Ricci company since out of close to 10 this is the first item I bought from them that is not satisfactory. It also has no reflection on wayfair since they did not produce this set nor had anyone of knowing until now that this could be a main factor in the lack of sales for this particular set. But for guest to ask me what happened or what did you do to this fork or this spoon, then there is a real issue. Thank you
